Alex de Rijke talks to Inside Festival and WAF (World Architecture Festival) about building Scale Infinite, the first application of cross-laminated hardwood timber. The project was erected as part of the FuoriSalone event in Milan between 7-18 April 2014. The staircase was designed as a development of the original structure, Endless Stair, which was originally commissioned by the London Design Festival 2013 and AHEC, and located outside Tate Modern, London.
