Trafalgar Place is coming to life as the first residents move into their homes.
Once known as “the Piccadilly of south London”, Elephant and Castle suffered huge damage during the Second World War. dRMM’s flagship housing project is made up of 235 high-quality homes which transform the built environment whilst respecting the history of neighbouring buildings. The design seeks to provide variety through scale, with a mixture of mini-towers, apartment blocks and town houses. Each apartment has been designed from the inside out, maximising light and space, and all have either a garden, balcony or roof terrace.
