dRMM’s design for a residential apartment building aims to define the western edge of the Battersea Powerstation site.
A series of stacked apartments that shift in response to the curve of the railway, generate a simple articulated form of projecting and recessed boxes. Predominantly dual aspect, the apartments will enjoy varied views of the internal landscaped courtyard as well as views to the south west or views of the Thames. Dwellings have both east and west facing balconies with full height sliding glazing to optimise views and light.
